Yard sales, upgraded
A sign on the corner says “Yard sale”. Your listing says “DeWalt drill, kids' bikes, Pyrex, about 120 items worth roughly $900.” Guess which one brings people.
Your address stays private. Pick your dates and hours.
AI spots each item and suggests a yard-sale price.
Show the address the morning of, the day before, or right away.
They search “power tools near me”, save your sale and get a reminder.
Whole-house auctions
No pricing every item. No weekend estate sale. One listing, one buyer, one pickup.
Inherited a house? Downsizing? Moving a parent into assisted living? Photograph the property once and let buyers compete for everything.
Yard sales you can preview and whole houses you can bid on, near you. Photos and AI item lists help you decide in minutes whether it's worth the trip.
Our vision model identifies furniture, appliances, tools, toys, décor and collectibles in your photos, removes duplicates when the same item shows up in three pictures, and groups cheap stuff into sensible lots. Yard sales get yard-sale prices; whole houses get resale estimates.
When something might be valuable — a signed painting, a watch, a designer chair — it asks for exactly the close-up it needs: “Photograph the signature.” “Photograph the label.”
AI estimates are not appraisals. They're informational and may differ substantially from actual prices. You set yard sale prices on the day; auctions set their own.
Whole-estate auctions
The buyer purchases and removes only the items marked Included. Everything else stays.
The buyer agrees to remove everything except the items you list as Not Included — refrigerator stays, family photos excluded, and so on. The property is left empty.
You choose the pickup windows. The buyer books one, arrives with their truck and trailer, checks in with a one-time PIN, and both of you confirm when the job is done.
The map shows a mile-wide circle. You choose when the exact address appears. Photo location data is removed.
Every member verifies a phone number. Profiles show completed deals, no-shows and two-way ratings that can't be faked.
Server-verified bids, proxy bidding, anti-sniping extensions, and sellers can require experienced bidders.
Winners confirm within 24 hours. If they flake, it's on their record and the next bidder gets a second chance.
Nothing right now. Listing a yard sale or a whole-house auction is free, buyers never pay a fee, and we never take a percentage of what you sell. Later we may charge a small flat fee to post a listing — it'll always be shown before you publish.
Directly to you, the way you choose: cash, Venmo, Zelle and so on. The money never goes through us.
You decide. The map shows a circle about a mile wide that contains your home but isn't centred on it. For a yard sale you pick when the exact address appears — the morning of the sale, the day before, or right away. For a whole-house auction, only the winner sees it after confirming.
No. The AI estimates are informational, to help shoppers decide whether to visit and help you set expectations. You set real prices on the day, and auctions set their own price.
Start with a few photos. You review everything before anything is published. Free to list.
Take photos room by room. No pricing, no listing, no spreadsheets.
AI organizes the contents and creates your inventory. Adjust anything in a tap.
Qualified buyers compete for the whole lot in one timed auction.
The winner pays through the platform and picks up the contents.
Winners must confirm within 24 hours. If they back out or don't show, it goes on their profile as a no-show, and you can offer the lot to the next-highest bidder with one tap.
Every buyer and seller verifies a mobile number by text. One number per account keeps fake listings and throwaway bidders out.
Firearms, ammunition, drugs and prescription medication, hazardous chemicals and other regulated goods. The AI flags suspected restricted items and excludes them automatically for review.
